How it works

To take part in The Big Gin Swap, you’ll need a bottle of gin to trade-in - with most of the gin still inside. You’ll then get it to our team, who will send you back a full bottle of one of our partner gins.

Please note: This activity is only open to On-Trade (I.e. Bars, Pub, Restaurant and Hotel) businesses.

Complete the form below to register your swap. We accept clear gins of all kinds, we’re not picky, so long as its still got most of the gin inside and is full strength! Once you’ve completed the form, please hand your bottle to your Paragon Representative or package securely and send your bottle to:

You must include within the package your full name and email address so we can match you to your request. While we will endeavour to send back the product you’ve selected - we reserve the right to provide an alternative product. The minimum age to use our Site and enter this promotion is 18 years old. By using this Site and entering this promotion, users agree that they are over 18 years old. We do not assume any legal responsibility for false statements about age. Delivery or postal charges are payable by you in respect of sending a gin product to us. Free gin swap promotion is strictly limited to one bottle per venue - no further requests or received gin products will receive a free product. Please allow 28 days after your package has been received by us to receive your free product. Excluding participation costs, this promotion is free to enter. All Participants will be asked to submit their name, telephone number, address and e-mail address. This information will be used to fulfil the promotion. Your personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to substitute a product in the event that the selected product is unavailable for any reason whatsoever. We will not be liable for any malfunction or event beyond our reasonable control which prevents entry to the promotion or fulfilment of the product. By participating in the competition Participants agree to this condition. We will not be liable for any loss or damage to property whether material, financial or other which may occur when taking part in the promotion.

  • The liquid from your bottle will be safely processed, while the glass will be recycled into a lovely new bottle.

  • For the love of unique and great tasting gins! Too many of us have gins we don’t love on our back bar and we think that’s a shame.

  • We’re only accepting clear full-strength gins. The bottle should be at least 40% full and safely sealed.
